A New Larkspur Library

The Commons Foundation (TCF) in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and economic uncertainty has reduced the size of the TCF Capital Campaign to $5M and launched the TCF Annual Campaign to sustain the current library’s operations.

TCF Capital Campaign will raise $5 million to help the City of Larkspur build the first phase of a new modern library in Larkspur at Rose Lane.

TCF Annual Campaign for 2020-21 will raise funds to sustain and improve the current library’s physical and virtual materials, programs, technology and services. TCF has given the Library $34,600 since July 1, 2020.
